The growth of plants is depended on a good growth medium, which both secures nutrients, water and oxygen for the roots. Out Terramol products are available in 3 grain sizes which all have a stable and yet open structure which both can retain and release water and nutrients and at the same time keep the soil porous.
The presence of oxygen in the growth medium is a condition for plants to build up strong and wide ramified roots. The capillary structure in Terramol prevents the growth medium from becoming compact and ensures that the necessary quantity of water is retained and that any surplus water will be drained off.
Terramol can be used as a growth medium alone or mixed with compost, peat moss or directly in the top layer of the soil at for instance sports ground, golf greens and along roads and footpaths.
